Lisa is a long-time Placentia resident with an entrepreneurial spirit focusing on the 6 P’s –
Passion, Path, Positivity, People, Perseverance and Productivity. “This mindset helps me shift
my focus to see all opportunities around me, instead of focusing on the obstacles”. These “P’s”
are the roadmap for finding an extraordinary life!

Over the course of her career, Lisa has worn several hats in various industries. She spent 13
years with Home Depot working her way up the corporate ladder. In 2005 she left Home Depot
to follow her dreams of owning a restaurant. She invested in a restaurant franchise and
managed 22 employees. After the financial crisis in 2008, Lisa decided to close her restaurant
and focus on her family and go back to school. She obtained her AA in Paralegal studies and
began working in the legal field, where she currently works as a Paralegal for a Software
company in Irvine. Instilled with that “Entrepreneurial” spirit, she kept moving on a “Positive
Path”. She took classes to get her Notary, her Real Estate license and once again ventured into
the catering/service business. With the help of her husband Ray, and her children, Lisa
continues to run her small business (Sweetpea’s Party Cart) and to be an active member within
the community.

Whether in real estate or running her own small business, what is consistent in Lisa is her
strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, and in-depth community involvement.
