Candice Hernandez has a passion for real estate and loves helping others. Her compassion for people, staying up to date in the ever-changing market, and strategic ideas are some of the reasons her clients respect her.

Candice is an investor in real estate and a mentor for family and friends. She started in real estate many years ago as an escrow professional, moved up to escrow officer and eventually owned a small office with her then husband. After helping to make the business a success and purchasing multiple investment properties, Candice stayed home to raise their 4 beautiful children. Always staying knowledgeable of real estate and helping the business in some capacity.

In 2008 Candice returned to real estate full time. She will always enjoy the sales portion of real estate and watching others fall in love with it as well. She currently self manages her personal multiple family residences in Orange County, Los Angeles County and Kern County. In 2021 she was fortunate enough to purchase a home in Scottsdale that she uses as her first Short Term Rental. She has been very successful managing and maintaining her real estate portfolio and wants to help others achieve their real estate dreams as well.
